Leading the journey to Becoming Brilliant is Kathy Mills-Shannon. Kathy is a recognized national leader in Talent Management. Kathy holds an SPHR and is certified in 360-degree feedback coaching, and the use of various assessments and psychometric instruments to help navigate career success. Kathy formerly served as the VP of Talent Management & Diversity for a $3B national organization and initiated the role Head of Leadership and Supervisory Development at Quanta Services, a $30+B publicly traded global solutions provider with over 35,000 employees where she trained over 3500 front-line leaders in Stepping Up To Supervision.

Kathy is the creator of award winning programs including The Road to Project Management Excellence, Hunt for Leadership Success, The Supervisor Academy, Lead the Field and The Leadership Experience. Kathy authored the OSHA 10-Hour & 20-Hour Safety Leadership Programs for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution Contractors. She was the first elected Chair of the Training Task Team, and member of the OSHA Strategic Partnership which boast a significant record related to reducing fatalities in the power industry.
